Masha Zager – Editor, archives
Masha is a contributing editor to Broadband Properties Magazine, where she has responsibility for the Independent Telco section and writes for the magazine’s News & Views section. She has also contributed to many technology and telecommunications publications, including NewsFactor Network, Rural Telecommunications, and Call Center Magazine. She is the former editor of Customer Service Newsletter and is the author or co-author of four books, most recently Absolute Sudoku.

Doug Thompson is owner of Blue Ridge Creative, one of the oldest web design and hosting companies in the Internet community. Founded in 1994, Blue Ridge Creative also provides photographic services for journalism outlets and produces film & video documentaries for satellite television networks.
